Tioga County Department of Public Works will receive sealed bids on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, at the Office of the Commissioner, 477 Route 96, Owego, NY 13827, up to and including 11:00 A.M., where bids will be publicly opened and read for the following project:

All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Specifications, contract documents and proposal forms are available starting Thursday, February 13th, 2025 at the Public Works office. Please see the PDF document below for more information.
Beginning Monday, August 17th, 2026, Glenmary Road will be closed each day starting at 7AM for the replacement of multiple culverts between State Route 17C and Goodrich Road. The closure is expected to reopen each day at 4PM until Thursday, August 20th, 2026, or following the completion of the project.
Beginning Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, Straits Corners Road will be closed for the replacement of a culvert between Briggs Allen Road and State Route 96. The closure is expected to reopen towards the end of the day on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, or following the completion of the project.
Beginning Monday, July 20th, 2026, Straits Corners Road will be closed for the replacement of a culvert between Guiles Road and Evelien Hill Road. The closure is expected to reopen towards the end of the day on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, or following the completion of the project.
