Tioga County Department of Public Works will receive sealed bids on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, at the Office of the Commissioner, 477 Route 96, Owego, NY 13827, up to and including 11:00 A.M., where bids will be publicly opened and read for the following project:

All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Specifications, contract documents and proposal forms are available starting Thursday, February 13th, 2025 at the Public Works office. Please see the PDF document below for more information.
Beginning Monday, August 11th, 2025, Sulphur Springs Road will be closed for road pavement preparation construction. The closure is expected to last until Friday, August 15th, 2025 or following the completion of the project.

Beginning Monday, July 14th, 2025, Goodrich Road will be closed for the replacement of a culvert east of the railroad tracks. The closure is expected to last until Friday, July 18th, 2025 or following the completion of the project.
