The Tioga County Department of Public Works is accepting bids for West Creek Road Pavement Overlay located in the Towns of Owego, Newark Valley, Candor and Berkshire. The bid opening will be held at the Public Works office, located at 477 Route 96 in Owego, New York, on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, at 11:00 AM. All bids must be received prior to the bid opening. Project documents will be available starting Monday, May 5th, 2025 at the Public Works office for a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
