Request for Expressions of Interest - Vacant Rental Program General Contractors

TCPDC is seeking qualified contractors to participate in the Vacant Rental Program (VRP). Contractors interested in being added to the Preferred Contractor List should complete and submit the required documentation outlined in the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI).

Expressions of Interest will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the duration of the program. Placement on the Preferred Contractor List does not guarantee the award of work but identifies contractors who are interested and eligible to participate in future VRP projects.

Minority-and Women-Owened Business Enterprises (MWBEs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
